September 5 (Thursday) Times vary — First Thursdays on Fremont Street – last one this year

Location: NE Fremont Street in Beaumont Village

Businesses along Fremont Street will host special events. Visit the BBA’s Instagram (@bbapdx) for more details, or look for balloons in front of participating businesses.

September 13 (Friday) 10:30 a.m. start — Grant High School’s 100 Year Celebration!

Location: In front of Grant High School

Includes speeches by an alumni and GHS student body president, time capsule burial, Royal Rosarian rose planting, Grant band and Royal Blues performances, home football game, and more. Visit PPS.net/grant for more info.

September 20 (Friday) 5:30 – 9 p.m. — BWNA Block Party on Skidmore Street

Location: Skidmore Street between NE 34th and 37th

Free to all! Enjoy live music, dancing, games, and food trucks; co-sponsor pFriem Beer will be pouring its brew. Bring a chair if you want a seat!

September 22 (Sunday) 9 a.m. start — Fall Clean-Up Event

Location: Foot Traffic courtyard (NE 41st & Fremont Street)

Join BWNA representatives and neighbors for a community clean-up event to make our neighborhood shine! Cleaning supplies and light refreshments will be provided.

October 14 (Monday) 7 – 8:30 p.m. — Rank Choice Voting Info Session

ZOOM in to BWNA’s October general meeting; officials from the city’s Transition Team will inform and answer questions. Find Zoom link at BWNApdx.org/Upcoming-Events.

October 31 (Thursday) — Trick or Treat on Fremont Street 4 – 6 p.m.

Location: Fremont Street in Beaumont Village
