A ribbon cutting on July 11 marked the official opening of Beaumont Crossing, a joint project of BWNA and the Beaumont Business Association (BBA). The public plaza on NE 44th at Fremont will hold events through September, then close for an assessment by the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
